Opt-Out / STOP

After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us at that number (except messages required by law, if any). TeleVoIPs states this STOP mechanism is mandatory for compliance and we must immediately stop messaging that number once STOP is received.

HELP / Support

For help, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact us using the information in Section 10 below. TeleVoIPs recommends including a HELP contact path in SMS programs.

Update Your Info

If you believe the phone number, we have on file for you is incorrect, or you want to update your contact preferences, please contact us (Section 10). You may also request that we correct or delete certain personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal/clinical retention requirements.
