ThoughtWise LLC. is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Florida Licensed master level counselor or social worker to add to our team. We want someone willing to provide telehealth and in person services. Our main office is in Remington Green Circle in Northeast Tallahassee. Hours of work are flexible, and pay is negotiable. We work with some insurances and we are contracted with several state and private agencies. The best candidate is dependable, autonomous, and enjoys taking on challenges. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with little direction, focuses on the details, and is comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
Schedule:
Day Shift, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST [Flexible]
Monday through Friday,
Weekends [Optional]

Responsibilities:
- Notes, Chart Documentation, and Treatment plans
- Scoring
- Keeping all timelines and appointments
- Following Ethical guidelines and Legal principles
- Sensitivity to Diversity

- Striving to improve treatment techniques and treatment implementations
- Staying current with psychological research

Requirements:
- Providing therapeutic services to families, children, adults, and geriatric population
- Writing therapy notes in a timely manner and developing treatment plans and treatment plan reviews as needed
- Diagnosing and treating various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders
- Reviewing historical data, relevant literature, synthesizing evidence-based materials, and translating complex behavioral health concepts
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
- Conducting administrative tasks as needed
- Providing referral services to outside therapists, clinics, treatment facilities, and emergency services

- Masters
License:
- Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Interpersonal skills: you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, meaning that you will need to relate well to people.
Communication skills: you must have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Patience: Treatment takes a lot of time. Therefore, you will need a lot of patience to see treatment through to its conclusion.
Trustworthiness: A psychologist must be trustworthy; you are expected to keep patient information confidential.
Empathy: You must have the ability to understand and identify with another person’s experiences to help them understand the cause of their feelings.
Critical thinking skills: you must have strong critical thinking skills to determine an accurate diagnosis and to develop a proper treatment plan.

Hours of work are flexible and pay based on experience. We work with some insurances and we are contracted with several state and private agencies. The best candidate is dependable, autonomous, and enjoys taking on challenges. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with little direction, focuses on the details, and is comfortable working in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer psychological and neuropsychological testing in various formats under standard conditions
- Explain testing procedures and objectives to patients
- Work with patients to facilitate rapport and compliance with testing protocol
- Record interactions with patient’s caregivers, parents, family member or peers that may be observed incidentally during visit
- Document patient’s behavior during testing
- Record, score, and organize test results
- Enter and update data in computer systems
- Assist in report writing
- Perform insurance verification

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
